Customer Service Specialist

Day to Day Over:
• Answer incoming calls and emails from clients ranging from order inquiries, billing inquires, delivery inquiries, product information
• Receive and enter orders received from customers via phone and email
• Create invoices and PO’s to be sent off to the clients
• Work with the sales team to ensure order pricing and accuracy
• Follow up with shipping to confirm delivery of orders
• Follow up with clients to confirm order receipt
• Follow up with billing questions
• Identify any discrepancies within orders and billing and work with internal teams to rectify
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• 3+ years working n fast paced customer service environment
• Must have basic knowledge of Excel and MS Word
• Positive, strong phone presence
• Strong attention to detail not letting anything fall through the cracks
• Knowledge of Peachtree a huge plus but not needed
