Part-Time AP Specialist
Job Description
Our client, a distinguished Non-Profit, is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team in the City of Philadelphia on a part-time basis. This is 100% Onsite, 3 Days per week at the Corporate Office. Perks, Pay, & Benefits:
- $25-$30 per Hr
Day to Day Overview:
- AP and AR, Process Payments, 15-20 Invoicing per week, Needs to work semi independently. Enough experience to be plug and play, Data Enty, Credit Card Statements, Three way match. Basic bookkeeping skills
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- AS in Accounting or experience equivalent (2-3 Years Experience)
Additional Information
- Do you have at least 2-3 years of AP experience?
- Are you team oriented?
- Do you have an AS Degree in Accounting?
- Are you able to be onsite in Philadelphia 3 days per week?
- Do you have Peachtree, Sage, and Excel experience?
