Our client is a prominent full-service mechanical and solutions provider serving Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. They are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic AP/AR Administrator who will have the opportunity to advance within the organization from a temporary to permanent basis. This is a 100% on-site job at the Corporate Office for at least the first year, and the candidate will be required to work 5 days per week.. Accounts Payable
• Timely and accurate invoice entry to allow for proper coding and prompt payments to vendors.
• Research invoices that cannot be automatically processed through the AP workflow.
• Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve issues.
• Perform approval process for invoices requiring special approval based on dollar amount.
• Complete tax-exempt paperwork if applicable.
• Track daily number of items in workflow.

Accounts Receivable
• Assist with preparing customer invoices within the Service Module.
• Prepare customer invoices in the Job Cost Module.
• Review job reports for billing opportunities.
• Review invoices for discrepancy.
• Review and update customer data base for correct contact information.
• Support team with related special projects, as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience or more is favored
• Must be able to work and communicate effectively with field technicians, customers, sales staff, and management.
• Dealing with multiple personality types while maintaining composure under pressure, and effectively multitasking.
• Must be proficient with Greatplains & MicrosoftOffice
• Attention to details is a must
• Self-motivated
