Day to Day Overview:
• 3 way matching PO's, invoices, and receipts within SAP
• Processing expense invoices for office supplies and equipment
• Reconcile goods received and invoice received accounts monthly
• Matching PO's to customs rates
• Matching Invoices, receipts, and PO's identifying any discrepancies and notifying purchase department
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Must have SAP Experience
• Experience with the MIRO option within SAP a huge plus
• Excel--must be able to perform v-lookups
• 2+ years' experience
• Working within a manufacturing/distribution environment
Hours:
8:30am-5pm (flexibility in hours after training
