Job Description
Our successful client in the Royersford area is hiring an Accounting Associate for a Contract-to-Permanent position. The Accounting department is a close-knit team which operates in a friendly and relaxed working environment!

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform three-way matching of invoices received
• Process weekly check runs including employee reimbursements
• Review and resolve any billing questions or discrepancies with vendors
• Prepare and post invoices for submittal to clients
• Process and record incoming customer payments and bank deposits
• Reconcile and update Accounts Receivable Aging reports
• Support biweekly payroll processing and employee record updates
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting process
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• At least three years of Accounting experience
• Advanced degree is strongly preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Excel is required
• Detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines
