Accounts Payable Supervisor

Day to Day Overview
- Take ownership of paperless document management program
- Verify & process accurate invoices from vendors
- Responsible for overseeing 2 part-time employees and provide guidance of priorities and managing workflow
- Participate in month end close, vendor invoice verification and processing, accrual preparation, weekly check runs, & payment tracking
- Run analysis reports for purchasing, GL, and bank reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting; or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Accounts Payable
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Advanced level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working 100% on-site
