Job Description
Our client in Bethlehem, PA is looking to welcome a new Administrative Assistant to the team! This individual will be assisting several Senior team members with scheduling client meetings, preparing materials for meetings and appointments, and other similar tasks.
This position is 100% on-site with an annual salary of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel
• Putting together educational and marketing materials, as well as agendas
• Responsible for ordering supplies
• Taking and typing meeting notes
• Serve as the primary back-up for the receptionist
• Assist with bulk mailings
