Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Our client in Conshohocken, PA is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in proofreading, procurement, travel arrangements, and exceptional internal and external customer service.
This role has a salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and the company has a hybrid schedule.
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Schedule appointments, maintain and coordinate travel, handle confidential information, answer phones, handle typing and correspondence to support senior staff
• Organize and maintains file system
• Answer and screen Senior Staff member's telephone calls, and arrange conference calls
• Greet scheduled visitors and direct to appropriate area or person
• Coordinate and arrange executive staff and other meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare meeting location, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings
• Maintain expense reports
• Be responsible for monthly invoice payments
Job Requirements
How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Exceptional level of written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Proactis Admin strongly preferred
• Experience with Concur strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Supplier Diversity Vendor Program
• High school diploma or GED
