Roles & Responsibilities
• Drafting & editing e-mails, memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Multi-line phone system, calls & messages
• Welcome & greet all guest and helping with their inquiries
• Managing the executive’s calendar, appointments, and prioritizing sensitive matter
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Onsite 3 days a week
• Experience with Sr level Executives
• Vaccinated for COVID-19, plus a booster
• Proficient in MS office
