Our client, a $10-20M growing specialty manufacturer in the medical device advertising space, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Controller to join their team. This position as an excellent upward mobility track and the candidate hired will be groomed to be the Controller in the next 2-3 years. The position will manage all aspects of accounting and finance as well as the company administration of HR, 401K and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of accounting; financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, cost accounting.
Revenue recognition, and various special analysis.
Review and analyze job cost and gross profit reports.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
Prepare monthly & annual financial reports.
Tradeshow support and management of all related expenses.
Prepare and file all monthly sales tax reporting.
Cash flow reporting.
Provide year end audit support to outside auditors
401(k) and HSA administration
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
7+ years in an Accounting role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
3+ years in a management role.
MUST have manufacturing job cost experience
Experience in a small company environment highly desirable
