Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is seeking an Audit Senior for a prestigious CPA firm in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with audit standards, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality audit and assurance services while enhancing their leadership and technical skills.

Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of clients.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze financial statements and internal controls.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients.
- Mentor and train junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in auditing standards.
- Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation.
- Participate in firm initiatives and business development activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm or related environment.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
