Benefits Coordinator

Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is looking for a Contract Benefits Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Scottsdale, AZ. The position is expected to last between 8 to 12 weeks and is with a prominent education group. You can build your current skillsets by working closely with the benefits team and will be able to contribute to the smooth functioning of the benefits program and support the overall HR operations, this is a fun, collaborative work environment and an opportunity you don’t want to miss!
Perks, Pay, & Culture
• $23/hour
• Hybrid Work schedule, 2 days onsite
Responsibilities
• Assist the HR team with collection of benefit premiums for employees on leave of absence.
• Oversee all company benefits programs, including, 401k, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HRA, HSA and the Employee Assistance Program.
• Work with payroll team to conduct audits and deductions regarding benefits premiums.
• Help employees with any questions, concerns, or inquiries regarding benefits.
• Pull benefits reports for internal data & metrics.
• Process invoices & checks from employees and insurance providers
• Assist benefits team with additional projects when needed.
• Assist with additional admin duties.
Job Requirements
• Associates degree Preferred, not required.
• Proficient with excel and Ceridian Day force software.
• 2+ years of benefits admin experience
