• $55-$60K Annual Salary

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in accurate processing of all employee benefits information and maintain all related employee records as directed.
• Support employees understanding of obtaining and participating in the agency’s employee benefits and retirement programs.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to employees on employee benefits and retirement related concerns.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with varying priorities.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Able to meet strict deadlines.
• Good organizational and anticipatory skills with good follow-up necessary.
• Accurate data-entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and HRIS software required
• Prior employee benefits/human resources experience preferred.
• Typing 40 wpm.
• B.A. Degree in Personnel, Business or Public Administration or a closely related field preferred
