Bookkeeper/Accountant

Job Description
Our client in Ft. Washington is looking for an all-around Accounting professional (Bookkeeper/Accountant)! This individual will join a team of professionals who work together in cross-departments. You would be joining a fast-paced but highly rewarding organization that is not driven by title, but by results. We have an immediate needs for this role and salary ranges up to 60k.
Responsibilities:
AP Responsibilities
Process 10-30 invoices weekly
Cut checks weekly typically 10-20 a week
Credit Card Reconciliation (Visa) used for travel and trade shows typically 15-20 invoices weekly—2nd card used for Amazon web services—2-10 invoices monthly
Reconciliations of credit cards occur 3rd of every month
Bank Reconciliations
3 accounts—Payroll, HSA, and Checking Accountant
Reconcile every month—limited transactions
AR Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and posting payments (ACH Wire Transfers
Matching payments to correct invoices
Weekly review of aging reports
Balance Sheet Accounts---analyze monthly
Payroll
Post payroll journal entries into QuickBooks
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Degree is a highly recommended
QuickBooks desktop is required
Moderate Excel user
