Business Development Representative – Inbound
This role is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL, taking inbound calls of current customers and potential customers responding to advertising campaigns.
The position has a base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 per year, with a generous compensation plan and mentorship built in to guide successful reps into the Sales Program.
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Generate new appointments for outside sales representatives
• Manage and track leads using CRM
• Build trust and credibility with intermediaries to assist the sales representatives to build new professional relationships
• Track phone calls, e-mails, and appointments to ensure KPIs are being met
How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of Business Development experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated outlook
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SalesForce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo
