Business Finance Analyst

Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is assisting our client, a large, global, company located in the King of Prussia area in seeking a Business Finance Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist with analyzing the business’ performance, assist with the creation of forecasts and budgets and assist in the explanations of variances. This position will be fully in office, five days a week in the office.

Pay Rate:
$70,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work with the Finance department to analyze business performance.
• Assist with the creating of forecasting and budgeting.
• Perform variance analysis and explain the variances to department managers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Excel formulas and functions
