Compensation Analyst
Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing internal and external market pricing, conducting pay equity reviews, and supporting compensation-related decision-making through advanced HR analytics. You will work closely with the Director of Compensation and a dedicated team to ensure accurate and effective compensation strategies.
Compensation Analyst
Location: Fort Washington, PA (Initially On-Site, Transition to Hybrid Schedule)
Salary Range: $70-85k (Based on Experience)
Reports To: Director of Compensation
Team Size: 3 (including the Director, another analyst, and this role)
Company Size: 8,000 employees across all Communities
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Pricing and Pay Equity: Conduct internal and external market pricing analyses and pay equity reviews to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Salary Range Adjustments: Oversee the annual adjustment of salary ranges, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals.
• HR Analytics: Utilize Excel, Lawson (Infor), PowerBI, and other tools to design and generate insightful reports and analyses related to compensation, turnover, and performance.
• Performance Management Tool Support: Manage and provide day-to-day support for the performance management tool, Halogen, including various related processes.
• Pay Survey Work: Handle pay survey submissions, tracking, and analysis to stay informed on industry compensation trends.
• Annual Salary Increase Process: Assist with the annual salary increase process and ensure accurate implementation.
• Management Incentive Process: Support the management incentive payout process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 3+ years of human resources experience.
o 2-4 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst.
• Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in Excel, Lawson (Infor), PowerBI, and other HR analytics tools.
o Strong analytical and reporting skills.
o Familiarity with performance management systems, particularly Halogen, is a plus.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
