Contract Payroll Auditor
Job Description
Our client, a global manufacturer in Exton, PA, is looking for a Payroll Auditor to come in for a 2-4 month contract. Strong knowledge of Excel and ADP are required.
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Data research and correction: using the HRIS, add necessary information missing from Excel documents (ex: job locations, Supervisor names, etc.)
• Identify annual changes to Time and Attendance entries and follow procedures on next steps
• 401(k) contribution file review
• Assisting the Payroll Manager with domestic and international year-end documentation
Job Requirements
How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
• Proficient in Excel (an Excel assessment will be a required part of the interview process)
• Prior experience with ADP strongly preferred
• Data entry experience
• The ability to be on site 5 days per week for the duration of the project
