Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing company in Chester County, is looking for a Recruiter to join the team on a contract basis to assist with sourcing candidates and screening them for good matches to pass on to the hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Recruiting background, Excel skills, ATS experience, and will be on site 5 days per week. ($35/hr)

The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
Design and implement effective recruiting and retention strategies; partner with hiring managers and leaders to plan and fulfill short and long-term recruiting needs, and to recruit and select high caliber, professional, diverse workforce.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications; conduct prescreening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates for open roles.
Advise hiring managers on candidate qualifications; assemble “short lists” of qualified candidates for open roles.
Provide regular, weekly updates and feedback to managers regarding open roles and recruiting progress.
Provide analytical recruiting reports to senior leadership team and HR, including but not limited to number open roles, days to fill, cost per hire, diversity of candidate pools, retention rates, offer to hire rates.
Act as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process; inform candidates fully about the job and company. Manage all recruiting related communication with candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers; brief and debrief candidates and hiring managers before and after interviews.
Facilitate pre-employment background checks, drug testing and any other required screenings with third party vendor.
Maintain accurate and current applicant data base; manage applicant tracking system.

Job Requirements

How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
2+ experience with Recruitment
Strong Excel skills (an assessment will be part of the interview process
ATS experience, preferably ADP and SmartRecruiters
Ability to be on site in Chester County 5 days/week
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
