Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is hiring for a Customer Service role for a banking client in the Greater Philadelphia Area for multiple locations including Abington, Warminster and Fairmount Avenue.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
It is in a fast-paced environment that requires a candidate that is willing and ready to hit the ground running and exhibits a strong attention to detail. If you describe yourself as a “people-person”, this is a fantastic opportunity to expand your current skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Greeting customers and assist them with their transactions
• Receive and process customer requests accurately
• Assist them with the self-service terminals when needed
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly
• General office functions
Job Requirements
Requirements
• High School Education or GED
• Must have 1-3 years of banking experience
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle stress and respond professionally with customers
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word
• Strong verbal and communication skills
