D365 Configuration Manager

Our client near Plymouth Meeting, PA has created a brand-new position in their IT Department! As the D365 Configuration Manager, you will lead the deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics SaaS platform and manage the configuration and maintenance of the D365 platform, including Finance & Operations, SCM, Marketing, and Sales.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual, who thrives in a high-volume project environment, including managing global application configurations and across numerous teams.

The annual salary for this role is $125,000 - $145,000, depending on experience and is a hybrid schedule.

The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Perform systems administration, maintenance, development and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 including Finance & Operations, SCM and other modules
• Configure, enhance and maintain Dynamics modules initially focused around F&O and Procurement with future growth into Sales and Marketing modules
• Implement workflows and automation to create system and organizational efficiencies
• Manage SharePoint and Dynamics 365 database
• Manage users and contacts including security roles and permissions
• Configure and maintain client, vendor, and employee portals for Dynamics SCM application
• Resolve user technical issues and provide support as needed

How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
• Background in global SaaS application configuration & maintenance
• 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
• D365 certifications and portal configuration and administration
• SCM vendor punchouts
• PowerBI
• D365 Finance & Operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft365 and SharePoint
• Azure/Active Directory
• Ability to understand the platform implications of changes and configuration updates
• Platform change control
• Strong project skills and able to concurrently support large global deployments
• Solid organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to contribute to a team environment across all levels with a high degree of professionalism
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Level 2 support for configurations

Interview process
After a screening phone call with one of our recruiters, you will meet with the company’s hiring manager for a virtual 1st interview, followed by 2 additional interviews with members of the IT and Digital Services leadership team.
