Perks, Pay, & Benefits
• $60,000-$80,000 annually with a 9% annual bonus
• Company pays 80% of medical benefits
• Paid 5 day shutdown period December 25th-December 29th each year

Day to Day Overview:
Function as the point of contact for CEO, CFO and VP of Operations
• Manage executives’ busy calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Process all expenses for executives
• Format information for internal and external communication (e.g., memos, emails, reports)
• Create, modify, and merge PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Anticipate work-related needs of executives after getting to know their work styles and their job responsibilities
• Plan and organize company events
• Coordinate quarterly associate, leadership team and board meetings including offsite meetings and conferences

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• Must have high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Ability and understanding of working within a small company
• Excellent MS Office skills and experience required including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Attention to details
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent writing skills
