Finance Business Partner

Day to Day Overview:
· Identify areas of process improvement and be a catalyst for change that will lead to continued growth for the organization
· Responsible for explaining variance and taking corrective action for specific projects
· Provide analytical support and financial expertise on financial matters
· Lead the review process for correlation between contract terms and invoicing
· Provide financial input to leadership
· Responsible for building strong internal relationships within various departments
· Exhibit a personality that can effect change and drive accountability
Job Requirements
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA desirable
· 5 years’ experience in business/financial management
· Background in project management or process improvement is a plus
· Experience in healthcare is highly preferred
· Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
