Day to Day Overview:
• Gathering, analyzing and reporting actual and forecasted monthly results for business operations
• Responsible for communicating results to senior management
• Provide analytical support and financial expertise on financial matters
• Conduct detailed analysis of variable margins and volumes by collaborating with regional teams to understand the drivers of the results
• Initiates/executes analysis to support business case development for new opportunities, product portfolio and asset optimization by working closely with supply chain, product management, commercial, and marketing resources
• Perform pricing analysis for the business and communicate to the Account Managers both Regionally and Globally
• Ensure alignment with the global strategy and act as a liaison with regional teams

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
• 8 years’ experience in financial management
• Experience with ERP Systems, Power BI and JD Edwards is a plus
• Must be an effective communicator and possesses strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
