Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is assisting our client, a fast-growing consulting services company located in the Chadds Ford, PA area in seeking a Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will be involved with commissions and inventory. The candidate will need to have strong communication and organization skills and must be able to multi-task and prioritize their workload. This position is hybrid, in the office Tuesday -Thursday, home Monday and Friday.

Pay Rate:
$70,000 - $80,000 dependent on experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepares commissions on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis for multiple ETCs, companies and ISOs across the line Industries.
• Compile and organize individual reports for every agent receiving a commission on a weekly (majority), biweekly, or monthly basis.
• Participates in finance meetings and operations to ensure information is shared among Operations and Finance.
• Participates in weekly finance review meetings.
• Corresponds with ISO and acts as a liaison to resolve issues and complaints or issues with payment or information.
• Tracks Agent charges and credits and maintains an accurate reconciliation of each ISO account.
• Prepares and maintains LOCs for agents; involves risk management discussions with Sales Dept. on a case-by-case basis.
• Facilitate and analyze the reconciliation of physical inventory counts to multiple accounting systems.
• Manages, reconciles and records data related to the transition to new inventory management systems.
• Monitors and reconciles inventory balances for third party ETC’s to determine the accuracy of chargebacks and credits.
• Track, analyze, and report on inventory movement across all companies. This includes tracking the profitability and loss of the inventory for swaps, RMAs, intercompany transfers, lost stole, and available and sold devices.
• Prepares and analyzes monthly financial and operating reports.
• Audits and tracks customer promotions/policy changes as it related to inventory or commissions.
• Perform analysis monthly to report COGS to staff accountants as well as a cost analysis of all devices to management during monthly reviews.
• Reporting inventory and commission analysis, variances and all other matters to management monthly on multiple companies.
• Assists with daily, weekly and monthly tracking and analysis of key business metrics most regularly applicable to inventory and commission.
• Prepares other analysis and support as assigned.
• Performs day to day, monthly and annual accounting related to Commissions and Inventory.
• Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing sales.
• Assists in the annual financial audit by managing the inventory and commission related audit sections.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience
• Must be proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, v-lookups, formulas)
