Day to Day Overview:
• Onboarding new employees from post offer
• Entering new hire information into both payroll and benefits systems
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, start dates, and training schedules
• Taking control of the employee recognition program regarding birthdays and anniversaries
• Prepares bi-weekly payroll through web-based Payroll system and administers payment to taxing authorities
• Bi-weekly processing of both salary and hourly employees across multiple states
• Maintains employee records to reflect the correct job information and pay rates. Makes changes to this information based on supervisor supplied information
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience
• Degree required
• Must be able to come on site for training (Hybrid after training)
• Ability to work with data
• MS Office Suite
