Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is hiring for an HR Admin Support role for a business in the Bryn Mawr, PA Area. This temp-to-perm HR Support role is in a fast-paced environment that requires a candidate that is willing and ready to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your current HR skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provides administrative support for the HR team
• Help facilitate on/offboarding components for employees
• Ensuring/auditing employee files for accuracy
• assisting with payroll components; reviewing timecards & payroll files
• Supporting with employee benefits; eligibility, insurance coverage questions, & billing questions
Requirements
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or accounting preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a payroll/HR position in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Payroll Software/HRIS
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Must be vaccinated for covid-19
