Aspire Staffing Group is working with a manufacturing company in Camden, NJ to find an HR Manager dedicated to employee success and outstanding internal customer service!

This is an on-site position paying $80,000/yr.

Your Challenge:
Our client is a manufacturing company with a proven track record of being the type of place that cares about its employees, the kind of company where people take pride in their contributions to the company’s mission, and they would like to bring on an HR Manager who will be dedicated to employee success.

We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional with experience in employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.

The Day-to-Day:
• Recruitment
o Build and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
o Handle full-cycle recruitment for all positions
o Run New Hire Orientation and maintain all personnel files
o Perform background check and process new hire paperwork
o Review and revise job descriptions when necessary

• Payroll
o Process Payroll in ADP
o Correct timesheets where needed
o Process payroll deductions
o Complete employee verifications
o Process and produce reports

• Benefits Administration
o Organize and run Open Enrollment
o Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
o Manage 401(k) contributions and employer match
o Oversee Leave Administration
o Work with Benefits Broker on necessary reporting and marketing materials
o Prepare and distribute COBRA documents

• Other
o Compose company newsletter
o Be an active partner in the Safety Committee

Job Requirements

How to Know You’re a Great Fit:
• Take pride in new hires’ successful onboarding experience
• Have experience with recruitment at all levels and for hard-to-find positions
• Enjoy the challenge of creative problem solving
• Are proactive in communicating with staff at all levels of an organization and are able to explain hard to understand concepts
• 3+ years in HR
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
