Job Description

Our client in Philadelphia’s Western suburbs is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in a role that can be in-office, hybrid, or fully remote. In your role, you will be a part of a result-driven and collaborative team, problem solving and improving as your mission. As the subject matter expert, you will work with our teams to implement best practices and be the point of contact for our staff’s HR needs.
Responsibilities:
• Execute key HR processes, policies, procedures and programs across various US states, while driving continuous improvement
• Maintain knowledge of legal federal and state requirements related to day-to-day management of colleagues in the United States, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Contribute to and maintain a quality, equitable, and inclusive work environment
• Provide coaching and advice to managers and colleagues in employment matters as a strategic and tactical HR advisor
• Build relationships with new colleagues via orientation and onboarding follow-up
Job Requirements
Requests:
• 4+ years of HR Generalist or Management experience
• Multi-state HR experience preferred
• Desire and ability to build relationships across the organization
• Experience working in an engineering software environment or a similar industry
