Onboarding System Transition Project Manager – Consulting
Aspire is looking for a Consultant to guide our client through the Onboarding System refresh. This project is scheduled to take 3-4 months, but can be extended, if needed. The role allows for a hybrid schedule and pays $50/hr.
A Philadelphia company with more than 20 sites throughout the city would like to welcome new hires in an engaging way to starts their careers with the organization on a great note and helps set them up to succeed. Part of this is an effective onboarding platform and you would be a part of the process to assess the current system, research replacement alternatives, and implement the new system.
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
Build relationships with all stakeholders, including but not limited to Members of the Board, HR department, and Field Supervisors
Analyze existing onboarding system for areas of improvement, features, and optimization opportunities
Research and vet potential vendors with an eye to company needs and budget and present recommendations to leadership
Guide the project through a successful implementation
How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
Experienced in vendor management
Understanding of onboarding software
Project Management Certification a strongly preferred
5+ years in an HR role
After a phone screen with a member of the Aspire staff, you will have a virtual interview with the client’s HR department and a site visit for your final interview.
