Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is hiring for a Customer Service Representative role for a supply chain management business in the Newtown, PA area. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skill set and career.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with plant managers, sales, supply chain as necessary to ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop customers and coworkers’ relationships.
• Ensure the accuracy orders to include entry, shipping, and billing information.
• Receive purchase orders and enter the sales order into computer system.
• Oversee phone systems assisting customers & vendors,
• Document management- scanning, filling, corresponding, memos, & emails
-Need to serve as the logistics manager back up; overseeing and helping with the supply chain & transportation logistics
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
-supply chain/manufacturing/distribution experience is a must
• least five (5) years of customer service experience
• Order processing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including excel and word.
