Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is hiring for an Office Manager role for a business in the Marcus Hook Area. An ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, invoice & payroll processing, as well as experience in completing all administrative duties. This position is 5 days a week on-site. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity with lots of diversity and the ability for growth within the organization!
Roles & Responsibilities
• Creates and maintains all accounting components (vendor/payroll/AP, & P.O.s) Provides administrative support throughout the organization
• Receive & process all invoices
• Coordinate admin details of guest visits such as meals, coffee, etc., as well as, maintaining & ordering all office supplies & inventory
• Responsible for keeping records on all maintenance, lease agreements & other contracts within the organization
Job Requirements
Requirements
• 5+ years of cost accounting & payroll experience
• Experience working in the manufacturing environment
• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
