Procurement Systems Manager
Job Description
Our client, global entertainment company in Montgomery County, PA is looking for an experienced Procurement Systems Manager to support Corporate Strategic Sourcing and Procurement and venues around the country. Your main role will be to execute process improvements, reduce process waste and enable change using data to drive decision making.
This role does not require regular in-office days but must be able to travel 20% overall.
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Interact with stakeholders globally to enable increased tool adoption
• Lead global eProcurement tool implementations and management
• Be accountable for policy and compliance management
• Review new and current Procurement-related tools with stakeholders to ensure they align with the goals
• Create tool-specific work instructions to be followed by the user base
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the eProcurement tools
• Collaborate with the Procurement Analyst and Strategic Sourcing Managers to monitor metrics that provide data for tool and process measurement
• Create UAT scripts and manage UAT programs as needed for implementations
• Develop and define project plans and manage projects against deadlines
Job Requirements
How You’re a Great Fit (Education and Experience)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering, Business and/or Materials Management
• 3+ years of experience with leading system and process improvements or productivity projects
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite, including Excel-based analytics
• Creating and delivering presentation to C-Suite and stakeholders
• Procurement or Supply Chain certification preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or other eProcurement software experience required
• Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver against deadlines and manage change
