Business Development Representative – Outbound
This role is a hybrid position in Itasca, IL, making outbound calls with the goal of creating new business opportunities for the Sales Representatives.
The position has a base salary of $50,000 per year, with a generous compensation plan and mentorship built in to guide successful reps into the Sales Program. OTE $66K at 100% of Quota
The Day-to-Day (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
• Initiates 80-100 calls per day, sharing information on products and services
• Follow up phone calls with written communication
• Develop positive relationships with contacts with the goal of scheduling a sales appointment for the Sales Representative
• Track phone calls, e-mails, and appointments to ensure KPIs are being met
• Handle questions

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 year of experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability and desire to hold conversation with representatives across all levels of an organization
• Goal-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated outlook
• Ability to think quickly and be knowledgeable about products and services
