Job Description

Aspire Staffing Group is assisting in hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst for a large, well-established company located in the King of Prussia, PA area. The Ideal candidate has strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail and an ability to interpret meaningful trends from large financial models. This person must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation of the annual operating plan and ongoing multi-year forecast for areas of revenue and expense
• Evaluate and challenge financial results to forecasts and budget
• Partner with finance colleagues and business leaders to develop a strong understanding of drivers and trends
• Develop metrics and identify trends in the business to help inform appropriate forecast assumptions
• Build and update detailed financial models to support the planning and forecasting process
• Develop and maintain supporting schedules to concisely communicate the assumptions and drivers in the plan and forecast
• Assist with the development and analysis of different views of profitability to gain insights into our distribution channels, fund disciplines, etc. including maintenance of the allocation methodology process
• Gain a strong understanding of the systems and flow of information within the financial planning process with an ongoing commitment to identify and implement process improvements as well as maintain and develop documentation of control procedures performed by the financial planning and analysis team
• Addressing ad hoc requests to provide informative insights

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required. Advanced degree a plus
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A. Asset management experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with Anaplan and TM1 preferred but not required
• Effectively present reports, ideas, and solutions in a logical and articulate manner with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leaders
• Must have the ability and energy to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting easily to change
• Must be a reasonable distance to the office.
