Essential Job Functions:
-Assist the hiring manager with job searches.
-Sourcing and screening of all applicants.
-Work closely with the business operations team to source candidates for the various companies run by the organization.
-Work with the SVP of HR to develop diversity initiatives that encourage sustainability.
-Collaborate with the Chief Diversity Officer to create a streamlined symbiotic relationship within all departments and the organization as a whole.
-Comply with all state and local federal regulations and guidelines.
Job Requirements and Qualifications-
-Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, business or a related field
-PHR or SHRM – CP Certification
-1 to 3 years of high volume and full cycle recruiting experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition teams in a specialist role
-Expertise using LinkedIn and other similar job sourcing engines
-Ability to travel within the organizations footprint
