Job Description

Aspire Staffing Group is assisting our client, a large, global, entertainment company located in the greater Philadelphia area in seeking a Treasury Analyst. The ideal candidate will focus on bank account management, analytics, and reporting.

Pay Rate:
$70,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Implement “KYC” processes and ensure efficient bank account management.
• Assist with bank accounts administration, including paperwork, approval processing, etc.
• Participate in ERP system banking module set up, including new cash management product implementation in the ERP and related testing.
• Help coordinate new cash pooling infrastructure(s).
• Provide central support for ad-hoc treasury needs from various departments.
• Responsible to cash flow reporting, managing accurate forecasting periodically.
• Coordinate with accounts payable, account receivable, and account reconciliation functions for efficient cash management.
• Proactively support legal, tax, and procurement teams in timely cross functional efforts.
• Responsibility for tracking intercompany loan portfolio activity

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Degree in Accounting or Finance)
• 1-2 years relative experience in treasury
• Strong financial analysis skills including database query design, system reports development
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working proactively and independently in a results-driven environment
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and manage priorities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

3. Are you within a reasonable commute to the King of Prussia area?
