Job Description
Aspire Staffing Group is assisting in hiring a Senior Accountant for a leading technology company in the Reading area. Our client preserves a fantastic culture including providing outstanding benefits and potential for career advancement within the firm.
Benefits:

• Annual salary: $85,000 - $92,000
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and record complex Journal Entries and confirm that they are correctly entered into the accounting system.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations for assigned balance sheet Accounts.
• Assist with forecasting operational experiences and explain significant variances.
• Identify Accounting department control weaknesses and recommend process improvements.
• Create a Standard Operating Procedure manual for accounting policy and regulations.
• Communicate and mentor junior accountant employees.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience, preferably Manufacturing industry
• ERP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Intercompany transactions is a plus.
