Day to Day Overview:
Cash Management
• Reconcile all cash, checks and credit payments collected from Sales, Service, Parts and Body Shop
• Prepare bank deposit’s
Accounts Payable
• Review and secure manager authorization for all purchase orders
• Post vendor invoices to general ledger
• Reconcile all vendor statement’s
Accounts Receivable
• Contact past due accounts and update system with payment status
• Email AR reports to management team with updated payment status notes
• Post New and Used Vehicle retail & wholesale sales to general ledger
• Maintain commission spreadsheet for biweekly payroll
• Stock in New and Used Vehicle purchases into VMS and general ledger
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Degree Required
• Excel Knowledge
• 1-2 years Accounting experience
• Mid Sized ERP systems experience (ex. Sage, Timberline, Great Plains, Dynamics)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Self motivated
• Not afraid to lead and manage
